User Options:

The Chapter offers several different financial assistance programs including:

Emergency Financial Assistance
A one-time fund that provides assistance with basic needs such as rent or mortgage payments, utilities or a phone bill

Respite Care Program
Limited financial assistance for services that enhance the safety and independence of people with MS and/or provide emotional, physical, and financial relief to their family caregivers

The Children's Fund
Financial assistance for children's activities

Strengthening the MS Family
Offers individualized education and support to families where a parent or child/teen has MS

Physical Health and Wellness Scholarship Program
Limited financial assistance is available for Society sponsored health and wellness classes

Medical Equipment and Home Modifications
Limited financial assistance for items such as walkers, grab bars, wheelchairs, or bathroom safety items that are not adequately covered by insurance and not available from other resources

Scholarship Program
Open to high school seniors who have been diagnosed with MS, high school seniors who have a parent with MS, and adults living with MS who will be attending an accredited post-secondary institution for the first time
