Wellness Classes by County

Classes are not restricted to county residents only. Out of county residents may pay higher fees for some classes.

Please note class information is subject to change.

We recommend you consult with your physician before participating in any exercise program.

Limited financial assistance funds are available. For a financial assistance application, please contact the National MS Society, National Capital Chapter at 202-296-5363, option 1. You may also contact the Recreation Center for scholarship information.
