Capt. Richard C. Pulling, Jr.
Title	Chair, MS 150 Bike Committee
Biography	Rick recently retired from the Delaware State Police and resides in Middletown with his family. He is the Chairman of the Bike to the Bay, the chapter’s largest fund raising event. He has been involved with the chapter since 1989 as a key volunteer.
