DED Readathon

Parents are Key to Readathon's Success

Celebrating its 34th year, the MS Readathon has promoted literacy and social responsibility to generations of students across the country and in the state of Delaware. For many students, the Readathon provides the first experience of raising funds for a worthy cause to which they may or may not have a direction.

It is our hope that participating in the Readathon will help your child build a lifelong commitment to reading while also supporting the more than 1,500 Delawareans living with MS as well as research into the cause of MS, more effective treatments, and eventually the cure.

If you think the school your child attends or one in your area should be involved in the MS Readathon program, send us an e-mail at readathon@msdelaware.org.

Readathon is just one of the many fundraisers that people with MS in our state can depend on to support educational programs, support groups, financial assistance, and much more. With a variety events to chose from - including cycling, running, walking, and golf events - everyone can join the movement. For more information on how you can help, click here.
