The Impact of Social Support on the Quality of Life of Spousal Caregivers of People with MS
Researchers at the University of Buffalo, SUNY are investigating the quality of life of spousal caregivers of people with Multiple Sclerosis. If you are a caregiver who has a spouse with Multiple Sclerosis, you are invited to participate in this research study. Click here for more information.
LINKS Teleconference Series
We are pleased to present a series of teleconferences for clients with MS and their families entitled “LINKS.” Whether you just received a diagnosis of MS or have been living with it for a long time--the goal of this series is to “link” you with information and tips on how to maintain your quality of life in the years ahead.
This nine week series will run Tuesday nights (7-8 pm) from April 2 through May 28, 2013. Each call will be conducted using a toll-free number, so you can call from the comfort of your home. UD Assessment Clinic
Schedule a FREE ‘pit stop’ with the MS Assessment Program at the University of Delaware Physical Therapy Department. It is designed for those who feel they have some level of functional loss, particularly for those who have not had an assessment done in the last 2 years. The assessment may consist of one or more of the following services:
Physical Therapy Assessment
Occupational Therapy Assessment
Assistive Device Assessment
Ambulation Analysis
Emotional Counseling
Bowel and Bladder Management Consult
Nutrition Consultation
Optometry exam
