Financial Assistance

User Options:

The Delaware Chapter may be able to assist you if you are experiencing financial difficulties that are a result of living with the challenges of MS. We require all members to complete a financial assistance application.  If you demonstrate financial need, then we may be able to assist with the following:

  • respite care (in or out of the home)
  • home health aides
  • companion service
  • personal care
  • chore service
  • mental health counseling
  • physical or occupational therapy
  • durable medical equipment
  • DART tickets
  • auto modifications
  • home modifications
  • rent or utility payments—emergencies only
  • exercise classes
  • air conditioners
  • special requests

To request financial assistance, you will need to provide some basic information about your financial situation and the nature of your request.
