An exercise class for people with MS was featured on Jacksonville.com ealier this month. The article interviewed people with MS who shared their story and expressed how much the physical and social benefits have improved their lives. This free class is a partnership between the National Multiple Sclerosis Society North Florida Chapter and the Brooks Family YMCA, and the times are listed on the Chapter's online calendar.
