Three Join Staff at North Florida Chapter of National MS Society
The North Florida Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Society has added three new staff members, announced Jennifer Lee, Chapter President.
Emily Nathanson Jessica Eichhorn Wendy Lucius
Jessica Eichhorn, once a college intern with the Society, has been names the Volunteer and Customer Service Coordinator. She will be responsible for the recruitment, assignment and management of the Chapter's many volunteers who assist with special events and in other capacities. Eichhorn worked in the Resource Development Office of Florida Community College at Jacksonville prior to accepting her new position. She is a graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL, where she served as a Legislative Intern during two legislative sessions. She is currently completing a Master of Public Administration degree at the University of North Florida.
Emily Nathanson and Wendy Lucius have joined the Society as Event Coordinators. In their new roles, Nathanson and Lucius will coordinate logistics and other details of the Chapter's major special events, including Walk MS, Bike MS and the MS Mud Run Jacksonville. Nathanson worked in the corporate event and destination management industry in Nashville, TN for several years before her recent move to Jacksonville. She is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, with a degree in Integrated Strategic Communications. Lucius, a native of Jacksonville, served as an intern with the United States House of Representatives in Washington D.C. and worked with Best Buddies International upon her return to Jacksonville. She graduated from Warner University in Lake Wales, FL with a degree in Communications.
