Urge Congress to Allow for Lower Cost MS Therapies
We support more accessible, affordable therapies for people living with MS. But more affordable options are not available for many MS therapies because the Food and Drug Administration does not yet have the authority to review and approve generic (or follow-on versions) of these types of biologic drugs or biopharmaceuticals. We urge Congress to provide a statutory pathway for the FDA to approve safe, effective, and lower-cost versions of biologic drugs.
