Wellness & Exercise

Exercise decreases the risk for heart disease, lowers blood pressure, raises the good cholesterol, strengthens bones, increases flexibility, endurance and energy and the general well being or people. For people with MS, exercise can help to decrease the complications that arise from muscle fatigue, weakness, contractures and spasticity.
