Financial Assistance Program
Temporarily on-hold until October 1, 2010
The Georgia Chapter has temporarily placed all Financial Assistance programs on hold through September 30, 2010. This includes Wellness, Respite, Emergency, Transportation, Home/Auto Modifications and Durable Medical Equipment. Effective immediately, no new approvals will be made towards financial assistance requests.
You may begin re-applying for financial assistance after October 1, 2010.
