Mobile Day Care in Georgia
In order to allow caregivers in rural counties a period of respite from their 24 hour-a-day caregiving responsibilities for persons with dementia, a Mobile Day Care program was developed in Georgia.

Mental Health Services in Georgia
Mental Health, Developmental Disabilities & Addictive Diseases provides treatment and support services to people with mental illnesses and addictive diseases, and support to people with mental retardation and related developmental disabilities. The division also provides prevention services aimed at reducing substance abuse and related problems, such as teen pregnancy and domestic violence.
