The National Multiple Sclerosis Society’s self-help groups are groups of individuals with MS, their families, friends, and other care partners who gather regularly for the purposes of sharing common experiences and concerns, providing and receiving emotional support, and obtaining information on living and coping with MS.

First Saturday of each month from 10:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. by teleconference.
