Evansville Service Center Open
The Indiana State Chapter has opened a service center in Evansville. The Evansville Service Center is located at 815 John Street, Suite 120G in Evansville. The Center hours are from 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (Central). You can stop by the Center for copies of our brochures, to talk with staff about local resources, fill out an application for financial assistance and learn about clinical trials going on in the tri-state area.
