Clinical affiliations create a collaborative approach to more effectively improve the quality of health care for people with MS. An affiliation enhances both the National MS Society and clinical facility’s ability to reach people with MS, as well as, provide more comprehensive services. While the National MS Society does not certify a clinic, affiliations demonstrate the commitment between the National MS Society and the clinic to improving the lives of people with MS.
The National MS Society launched a new clinical affiliation program in October 2009. The program focuses on the experience of the patient and emphasizes comprehensive and coordinated MS care.
