IUPUI MS Swim Program
The IUPUI MS Swim Program is back from their summer break! This program is based on the IUPUI semester schedule, and started again in late August and will continue until early December 2009. It will then break for the holidays, and will start again in January 2010. Check back here for more information throughout the year.
This free program is designed as a one-on-one program where participants work with physical therapy students from IUPUI. Classes will be held on Wednesdays from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm, from late August until early December (please note – this class will not meet on Wednesday, November 25th in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday). Participants should meet on the deck of the instructional pool. The address of the IU Natatorium is 901 West New York Street, near downtown Indianapolis.

MS Aquatics Classes
- INDIANAPOLIS
The Arthur M. Glick Jewish Community Center in Indianapolis hosts a variety of therapeutic aquatic classes. Participants receive their first class free and then can purchase punch cards for 10 classes for $50. Currently, the JCC is looking for people interested in attending an MS Aquatics class.

Spiece Lifestyle Medical Center hosts MS Aquatics Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:45 a.m. - 11:45 a.m. The cost is $36 for a 12-visit punch card, available only at Spiece. For ease of access, Spiece's pool is equipped with a hydraulic lift and railed stairs. Spiece is located off I-69 Exit 111A, at 5310 Merchandise Drive Fort Wayne, IN 46825.
