Call for Mid America Chapter award nominations
Do you know someone who has gone above and beyond while working toward a world free of MS? Nominate them for one the following awards given at our annual meeting. Just tell us their name, contact information and a brief description of why they deserve the award. You just need a few sentences, and your friend or loved one could be honored! Please include your contact information, too.

Care Partner of the Year - this may be a spouse, family member or friend.
Parent of the Year - may be given to a parent living with MS or the parent of a child with MS.
Volunteer of the Year - recognizes a consistent and dedicated effort by a volunteer.
Self-Help Group Leader of the Year - nominate yours for all they do for your group.
Healthcare Professional of the Year - could be a neurologist, nurse, physical or occupational therapist, psychologist or other professional.
Movers and Shakers - recognizes the special efforts of someone under age 30.
MS Achievement Award - honors what people with MS can and do accomplish in their personal and professional lives despite the obstacles they face because of their disease.
The awards are open to anyone across the Mid America Chapter. They are an excellent way to honor someone you know who is creating a world free of MS. Nominate them today!
