DISASTER CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM NOW OPEN:
ASSISTANCE & ELIGIBILITY The Disaster Case Management Program provides case management services at no cost to help individuals and families find resources in their communities to meet needs created by the disaster.
THE DISASTER CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM IS OPEN TO ANY INDIVIDUAL OR FAMILY RECOVERING FROM HURRICANE GUSTAV.
