A new community outreach initiative providing MS awareness, information and resources in your community through collaboration with local area agencies. Staff visit community centers, libraries, physician offices, civic groups, wellness facilities, and other places of interest in your city or town to spread information about MS, the National MS Society, its MS education and support programs, children's programming, volunteer opportunities, tools for physicians, and more!
REACH visits during the fall of 2007 were planned for Peterborough, Plymouth, and Keene, N.H., plus Woburn, Lexington, Chatham, Provincetown, and Northampton, Mass. Stay tuned to the Chapter website, and your local cable television station, community newsletters, and bulletin boards for information about where to find MS REACH!
