How Does This Work?
Easy as 1-2-3.

The instructors listed for the yoga, tai chi, aquatics, and other wellness programs have been trained by the National MS Society in multiple sclerosis. To take advantage of their expertise, contact a listed instructor to discuss wellness class opportunities or individual and/or personal training schedules. Scholarships are only available with the providers listed.
