Tai Chi

 
Tai Chi, Jackson, NHTai Chi is a series of passive movements that is characterized by upright postures, restorative breathing and moderate full-range movement. Tai Chi can be performed both while sitting or standing. It has been shown to improve balance, relieve stress, improve focus and muscle tone. Classes are filled with deep breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and slow, gentle movements.
