The MS Caregiver Support Groups offer an opportunity for friends and family caregivers to meet and share information and resources. The groups provide a confidential setting for caregivers to discuss feelings, voice concerns, and learn how to better cope with the impact of the disease. Two locations are available:

* A support group for people with MS meets in another room at Sturdy Hospital at the same time as the Caregivers support group. This makes it very convenient for caregivers to attend while their family member with MS attends their own group.
