Cognifitness: Keeping the mind moving

Improve your memory, increase your attention and enhance your ability to communicate through Cognifitness. This seven-session program is designed to help people with MS improve the seven main areas of cognition and reduce stress related to cognitive issues. This program is endorsed by the National MS Society.

Time: Tuesdays, Oct. 13-Nov. 14
2:30 to 4 p.m.

Location: Fairview MS Achievement Center, Suite 140
2200 University Ave., St. Paul, MN 55114

Instructor: Rebecca Anderson, an occupational terapist at the Fairview MS achievement Center and an MS-certified specialist.

Fee: Each class is $10, pay evening of session. All seven classes is $50 (a $20 savings) when pain in full, Oct. 13.

Each class builds on the previous session, so attendance at all seven classes is recommended. Classes are limited to 12 attendees. Priority is given to people registering for all seven classes.
