What's Online?

User Options:

The Internet is a powerful tool that bridges millions of people all over the world to information, resources and online communities with the click of a mouse. Check out some of the online resources available to people with MS and their families and friends.

“Making Life Easier” Internet Radio Program

Join Shelley Peterman Schwarz each week as she and a guest share the lessons learned and wisdom gained from living with a chronic illness and disability. Shelley, who has primary progressive multiple sclerosis, and her guests, who also have chronic health problems, share stories, anecdotes and examples from their lives that have helped them lean and embrace strategies for coping. For more information, visit the website.

Webcasts and podcasts

A variety of MS educational webcasts and podcasts are available on the National MS Society website. These informative online programs allow you and your family to learn about MS from the comfort of your home. Browse available webcasts and podcasts.

Lending Library

The chapter’s new-and-improved library now operates like an online shopping cart, similar to Amazon.com, which keeps materials coming to your door in a timely manner. The library contains books, DVDs, VHS tapes and audio tapes with accurate, current and comprehensive information for people with MS. An enhanced search engine allows you to browse materials by topic and by publication type. Materials will come right to your doorstep with pre-paid postage to return them when you are done. It’s like Netflix for the National MS Society. Go to the library.
