Breana, a St. Cloud State University accounting major, believes she gained the poise and confidence needed to land a premier accounting internship at LarsonAllen through her volunteer involvement with the National MS Society. As she prepares to graduate in 2010, Breana says “I must send a huge thank you to the MS Society.”

In the last semester of her junior year, Clarissa realized a life-long dream studying abroad in Australia. She promised herself that when she got to college “nothing was going to stop me, not even my MS.” Clarissa is entering her senior year at Concordia College, where is studying psychology.

Bryan attends the University of Minnesota, Duluth, and is majoring in graphic design. He recently completed his first paid graphic design position at the recreational sports and outdoor program on campus. In addition, Bryan served as a volunteer on the marketing task force for Walk MS: Christopher & Banks Duluth Walk 2009.

Heather is attending The College of St. Scholastica to become a certified registered nurse anesthetist. As she moves further into her nursing major, she is excited about her studies and grateful for the MS scholarship, which helps cover her college expenses.

“Being in the classroom brings real joy and meaning to my life,” Amy said. She is entering her senior year in the elementary education program at St. Cloud State University. To help pay for college and to hone her teaching skills, Amy currently works five part-time jobs, which include tutoring, nannying and directing religious education in her parish.
