MS Fitness Team
The MS Fitness Team provides people with MS an opportunity to connect with others throughout the chapter area from the comfort of their home.
To be a member of the MS Fitness Team you must be a person with MS, commit to some form of physical exercise at least 30 minutes a day, five days a week, volunteer for the MS Society at least 25 hours a year, and raise $250 for the chapter.
Members of the team network with one another via message boards and telephone calls. Team members receive certificates of completion and T-shirts to wear at chpater programs and events.
If you are interested in either of these programs, contact Steve at 612-335-7974 or skorngable@mssociety.org.
