$1 Million Donated for MS Research to New Research Park in Kannapolis

$1 million donation by Charlotte movie theater developer Herman Stone to support research at the Kannapolis biotech complex to find a cure for MS.
Campus founder David Murdock, the billionaire owner of Dole Food, joined Stone for the announcement, as did Duke University scientist Simon Gregory, who will work at the campus using its specialty equipment in his MS research.
