Food Lion has a new program that will help you raise money for MS called Lion Shop & Share. Once you register, each time you shop at Food Lion and use your MVP card, a portion of your total grocery purchase will be donated to the National MS Society.
Instructions for registering for the Food Lion MVP card fundraiser:
1. Go to www.foodlion.com
2. On the left hand side of the screen, look for the "In the Community" section and click on "Fundraising." This will take you to the "Lion Shop and Share" screen.
3. On the right hand side of the screen, click on "Register MVP Cards"
4. Click the "Select Organization" button. A pop-up screen will come up to help you find your organization.
5. Select "NC" under "State"
6. Select "Greensboro" under "City"
7. Select "CENTRAL NC CHAPTER/NATL MS SOCIETY" under "Organization", then click on "OK" to select.
8. Click on the "ADD MVP Cards" button
9. Enter the information for your MVP card. (Note: The two small digits at the left and right hand side of the card must also be included to be a valid number.)
10. Click on the "Finished" button to complete your registration
