Camping
Camping at Tanglewood is a special part of the Bike MS: BB&T Tour to Tanglewood. We encourage you to join in the fun and camaraderie by camping. There is no fee for camping and you’ll be able to enjoy a hot shower in the deluxe shower truck we rent for the weekend. Too tired to put up your tent? Boy Scouts volunteer to set up and break down tents for a donation to the MS Society. Tanglewood is currently renovating its campground, so RV hookups are not available this year.
Hotels
If you prefer not to sleep under the stars, there are several hotel options. A shuttle service runs continuously from Tanglewood Park to prefered hotels on Saturday evening and on Sunday morning. You are responsible for the cost of the hotel. Be sure to tell the hotel that you are a participant in the BIke MS: BB&T Tour to Tanglewood to get the special rates at preferred hotels listed below.

Do your own thing
If you can’t bear to part with the comforts of home, catch a shuttle back to Volvo at 3pm or 5pm or have someone come out and give you a ride back to your home for the night. If you choose to drink alcohol at Tanglewood, please designate someone else to drive you home.
Shuttle Back to Volvo
Shuttle vans will make trips from Tanglewood to Volvo Trucks North America on Saturday afternoon at 3:00pm and 5:00pm. We’ll make one trip from Volvo Trucks North America to Tanglewood on Sunday morning at 6:30am. We will not be able to transport bikes. If you are not returning to ride back on Sunday, you will need to make arrangements to pick up your bike.
