National MS Society Tributes and Memorials gives you the opportunity to help bring an end to multiple sclerosis while honoring a special person in your life.
Your fund includes a web page that you can personalize with photos and stories, send emails, and tools to track the progress in the Champion Center. The web page provides the opportunity for others to make an online donation on behalf of the honoree.
- Create a Memorial Fund - In memory of a loved one who has passed.
- Create an Honorary Fund - To honor a loved one, recognizing an accomplishment, a milestone, or just to say thank you.
- Make a one-time gift - in tribute of someone without creating a fund.
Search for a Tribute Fund across all National MS Society Chapters. Enter at least the first 3 characters of person being honored by the fund OR the person who created the fund.
