Service Day for People with MS
What a Difference a Day Makes! MS Service Day is a volunteer driven initiative day of service organized by the National MS Society Mid-Atlantic Chapter. Teams of volunteers complete projects for families living with multiple sclerosis.
The Mid-Atlantic Chapter will be forming year round teams, so that volunteers can participate to suit their schedules and families living with MS can apply anytime to meet the needs of their family schedules. Our new program will provide options so that no matter where someone with MS lives or when they need to have a project completed, we can accommodate the need!
The MS Service Day projects consist of but are not limited to:
- Interior chores - general cleaning
- Outdoor jobs - yard work
- Painting - indoor and outdoor
- Light repairs
- De-cluttering & organizing
