40th Annual Meeting and Education Conference Set for October 24
The Eastern North Carolina Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society is preparing for the 2009 education conference and 40th annual meeting on Saturday, October 24th at the Raleigh Marriot. The conference, themed “My Life, My MS, My Decisions,” will provide programs and resources for participants to become better educated about MS.
At the education conference, seminars will be held on a variety of topics from stress reduction to home modifications. The keynote address will consist of a panel presentation featuring a local MS specialist physician and other MS health care providers. The event also includes lunch and free chair massages.
In addition to the conference, the annual meeting is held to elect a Board of Trustees, consider the annual report and conduct any other business of the chapter.
