Workplace Giving

Workplace Giving Programs provide an easy way for you to make your contributions and help create a world free of MS. The National Multiple Sclerosis Society partners with Community Health Charities in both the public and private sector.

You will find our listing under the Community Health Charities Federation. If you do not find us, ask your employer to add our name. If you have any additional questions about your contribution, please contact Jeff Furst, president, via email or phone at (919) 792-1003 or 1-800 FIGHT MS.

Public Sector
nct_cfc_logoFederal employees can support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through the Combined Federal Campaign by selecting the designated code number, #11409, under the Community Health Charities Federation.

State employees can support the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through the State Employees Combined Campaign by selecting the Chapter’s designated code number, #1045 in campaign materials.

Community Health CharitiesOther Public Sector employees, such as county, school, etc., will also find our local listing numbers under Community Health Charities (CHC). CHC represents our nation’s most trusted health-related charities in workplace giving campaigns nationwide. Look for the Society listed under CHC in public and private sector campaigns.

Private Sector
Your company may have an individual corporate gift program or participate through the Community Health Charities Federation or United Way. In most areas we do not participate in the United Way, but you may ask if you can designate your gift to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through the Donor Designation Program.

Matching Gift Fund
Does your employer have a matching gift fund? If so, be sure to speak with them about matching your gift to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society.

  • If your employer has established an Employee Contributions Club that funds local grants, let us know. We will be happy to submit a grant request that will help support the local MS clients.

All gifts made to the National Multiple Sclerosis Society through Workplace Giving are tax deductible.

For additional information, please contact Jeff Furst, president, via email or phone at (919) 792-1003 or 1-800 FIGHT MS.
