Cycling Skills Clinics Offered!
In an effort to promote safe cycling at Bike MS and all year long, we would like to offer a personalized cycling clinic for you or your team. If you are interested in scheduling a customized, League of American Bicyclists certified Cycling Skills clinic with both on-bike and classroom components, please contact Phoebe Coggins at phoebe.coggins@nct.nmss.org or 919-792-1005 for more information.
Bike MS Regulations
General
- All cyclists must wear a helmet while riding and must obey all traffic and event rules.
- No trailers or carriers are allowed on the route.
Waivers
- All cyclists are required to submit a waiver to the National MS Society before participating in the event.
- Participants over the age of 18 can accept and submit the waiver during their online registration.
- Participants under the age of 18 are required to submit a signed, notarized waiver before participating in the event.
Age
- Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to participate. If you have special circumstances you must contact the chapter office at 1-800 FIGHT MS before registering.
- All participants under the age of 18 must submit a sign, notarized waiver before participating in the event and be accompanied by an adult at least 21 years old at all times.
- The child to adult ratio must not exceed 3:1.
