Training Button

Bike MS cyclists have the option of riding 30, 50, 75, or 100 miles during each day Bike MS weekend. To complete and enjoy your ride, especially the longer routes, it is essential that you physically train during the months leading up to the event. See our comprehensive training plan.

For your convenience, the National MS Society maintains a list of community rides to ensure that Bike MS cyclists are aware of the wide array of training opportunities before the event.

Although the National MS Society may benefit from many of the rides listed below, the Society is not responsible for planning or executing these events. Therefore, any questions or concerns about these rides should be directed to the community ride's contact.

If you would like your community ride included on this schedule, please review the Community Ride Packet and email or fax the form to Haley Transou, Development Manager, at haley.transou@nct.nmss.org or 919-834-9822 (fax).

Additional Training Opportunity: Cycling Skills Clinics
In an effort to promote safe cycling at Bike MS and all year long, we would like to offer a personalized cycling clinic for you or your team. If you are interested in scheduling a customized, League of American Bicyclists certified Cycling Skills clinic with both on-bike and classroom components, please contact Phoebe Coggins at phoebe.coggins@nct.nmss.org or 919-792-1005 for more information.
