What is Gold Club?
Gold Club is Walk MS's premier fundraising club. It consists of dedicated Walk MS participants who raise $500 or more for the current year's event.
The Challenge:
The National MS Society challenges YOU to become a Gold Club member by raising $500 or more for Walk MS. Our goal is to have 500 members by the fundraising deadline. Will you accept the challenge?
For 2009 Walk MS, 362 Gold Club members raised over $440,000 to fund MS research, programs, services, and advocacy. This means that approximately 8% of Walk MS participants raised approximately 60% of the fundraising total of $745,998. That’s phenomenal! Do you want to make a difference?
Membership Perks:
Once you have raised and turned in $500 or more for Walk MS, you are an official Gold Club member. With membership come these perks:
- VIP perks at your Walk MS site such as FREE lunch at the Raleigh Walk. VIP wristbands will be mailed to all participants who turn in $500 or more before the event. Participants turning in $500 or more on event day will receive their wristbands at registration.
- Recognition on our online Gold Club Wall of Fame and in other chapter publications.
- Gold Club commemorative prize.

- Tour of Champions - Raise $7,500 or more and win a 3 day, expense-paid* trip! Better yet, raise $10,000 or more and bring a guest for free! (*includes travel expenses, hotel stay, and some meals)
