September 14: Invisible Symptoms Teleconference with Dr. Robert Archer
The topic for our Tuesday, September 14th teleconference is "Invisible Symptoms of MS." Some MS symptoms are hard to see including fatigue, paine and memory loss. Those who have "invisible" symptoms have a unique set of problems that can undermine your confidence.
September 21: What's in the Pipeline
Join us on Tuesday, September 21st for "What's in the Pipeline" to learn more about current MS research. The program will take place from 11 a.m. till 12 p.m. in the large classroom at the Clayton Crossings Church - 11690 US 70 Business Hwy, Clayton, NC. Light refreshments will be provided.
September 25: Independence Expo - Choices. Life Empowered.
Join us on Saturday, September 25 from 10 a.m. - Noon at the Andrews Center, WakeMed, 3024 New Bern Avenue, Raleigh, NC for "Independence Expo - Choices. Life Empowered." This expo showcases 30-32 vendors who have products or services that can be helpful to people living with disabilities. The program is offered in collaboration with WakeMed Rehab, NC Spinal Cord Injury Association and the Brain Injury Society of NC. There will also be short demonstrations of activities or products throughout the morning. Light refreshments and door prizes will be available.
