The Eastern North Carolina Chapter is dedicated to improving the quality of care for people with MS by providing professional education opportunities. These programs offer the latest information on MS and updates on treatments to professionals in various health care fields.
The chapter is also available to provide education on the disease and the National MS Society programs and services to various health care professionals at no charge. If you'd like a speaker for your professional conference or group meeting, please contact the chapter.
Educational Opportunities
Throughout the year, the chapter offers a variety of continuing education programs on multiple sclerosis for health care professionals. A continuing education program is being planned for May 2010 in Wilmington. For more information please contact Kaye Gooch, Vice President of Programs and Services, at kaye.gooch@nct.nmss.org.
