NC Housing Finance Agency
The agency’s mission is to create affordable housing opportunities in NC. The Agency provides financing through the sale of tax-exempt bonds and management of federal and state tax credit programs, the federal HOME Program, the state Housing Trust Fund, and other programs. Department of Housing and Urban Development
Provides information about homeownership, rental assistance, fair housing, section 8 housing, and discrimination. NC office is based in Greensboro and can be reached at 336-547-4001
