Splash Water Workout

Enjoy a safe, vigorous water group exercise class designed to help increase aerobic endurance, muscle tone and flexibility. NO time is wasted here, you’ve never had this much fun in a workout! Ideal for all fitness levels, individuals with some physical limitations, and need not be a swimmer.
MeritCare's Sport Medicine facilitates a this 4 week class starting July 6, 2009. Classes will take place Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:00 a.m. at the L.E. Berger indoor pool in West Fargo.
