- Research and hiring a paid lobbyist for each state capitol in our chapter territory (Iowa, North Dakota and South Dakota)
- Long Term Care Initiative to partner with facilities that are interested in building a wing designated to MS residents

- Iowa State Income Tax Check Off to generate revenue for MS Research and Direct Financial Assistance in Iowa
- Iowa Scratch Lottery Ticket to generate revenue for MS Research and Direct Financial Assistance in Iowa
- Physical Disability Home and Community Based Waiver Services in Iowa

- Out of pocket maximums and co-payments for MS drugs in South Dakota
