Workplace Giving
If you would like to participate in a workplace giving program at your place of employment, please note that the National Multiple Sclerosis Society's Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) number is 0549.
Memorial and Tribute Gifts
You may choose to speak directly to a Long Island Chapter staff member when phoning in a donation or you may submit an online gift. With both options, you may choose to make a standard donation or you can opt for either a memorial or tribute. Memorial gifts allow you to make a donation in memory of a friend or loved one and tribute gifts can be made as a way to acknowledge a special occasion, birthday, graduation, wedding, anniversary, etc. In both instances, an acknowledgement is sent to the person or family to which your gift is being made.
