The Bike MS: Traffic Free Ride* is a 13 mile ride that starts and ends at Bethpage State Park (at the picnic area parking lot) and rides through the Massapequa Preserve. Check-in and begin riding at 8:00 a.m.
This traffic free ride is a great chance to do something for MS now. Register today as an individual, join a team, or create a team- and help to support the fight against MS.
*Children must be at least 12 years of age to participate in the Bike MS: Traffic Free Ride and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. There is a registration fee of $25.00 per cyclist and a minimum fundraising requirement of $50.00 per cyclist. Please note that registration fees and donations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

The Bike MS: East End Ride* is an amazing fundraising ride that will raise awareness and critical funds, while taking us closer to a cure. Cyclists will enjoy a scenic tour of the South Fork of Long Island beginning and ending in Southampton, N.Y. With 25, 50, 75 and 100 mile route options, there is a route for novice, intermediate and expert cyclists.
*There is a $50.00 registration fee per cyclist and a minimum fundraising requirement of $250.00 per cyclist. Cyclists must be at least 18 years of age to participate in the Bike MS: East End Ride. Please note that the registration fees and donations are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Bike MS: New York City features the only route allowing participants to circle Manhattan on roads closed to traffic, including the FDR and West Side Highway. Cyclists can choose to ride 30, 50 or 100 miles. The extended routes will include 20 miles of the traffic free route around Manhattan.
The current registration fee for Bike MS: New York City is $35.00 per cyclist. The minimum fundraising requirement is $150.00 per cyclist. Participants must be at least 12 years of age in order to ride in any Bike MS ride. Children under the age of 12 will not be permitted to ride in any portion of Bike MS. If you are registering a minor, you will need to complete, notarize, and send the Bike MS Minor Waiver and Release Form to the National MS Society.
