Homebound Recreation Program

This program is funded by the Dee Kaplan Memorial Fund

The Homebound Recreation Program provides recreational therapy for individuals homebound by the effects of MS and unable to take part in recreational or leisure activities on their own. The Program offers ten one-hour home visits by a licensed Recreational Therapist. Participants learn new activities, or recapture an old favorite. Activities can range from board games, card games and simple crafts, to music appreciation, computer games or cooking.

Get Back Into Life...Don't Let MS Hold You Back!

Thought you had to stop some things cause you have MS? Well, it doesn't have to be this way.

You may enjoy different hobbies for recreation such as cooking, baking, gardening, decorating, sewing or playing board games. By doing your favorite hobbies again, with the help of someone, it doesn't have to end.
