Living with MS can sometimes be challenging…so can the variety of emotional reactions a person may feel. Often emotional health needs are overlooked, as many people are unsure where to begin. Finding someone to talk to can be an important first step.

  • Conference Calls - participate in a social group from the comfort of your own home.
     
  • Counseling Series - an eight-week program designed to offer group therapy.
     
  • Homebound Recreation - recreational therapy for individuals homebound by the effects of MS and unable to take part in recreational or leisure activities on their own.
     
  • Online Support - provides online support via Real Talk, Real Answers and MS World.
     
  • Partner Counseling - support for married couples.
     
  • Self Help Groups - facilitated by people with MS for people with MS or caregivers of a person with MS.
     
  • Short-term Individual Counseling - individual counseling to our members who are having difficulty coping with Multiple Sclerosis and the disease process.
     
  • Socialization and Recreation - an outlet for a fun and social arena for adult members with MS.
