Information and Referral, or I & R, is the provision of accurate and current information about MS and about community resources on Long Island. Through I & R, we provide assistance in accessing those resources. If you are looking for specific information or need a referral to a community resource, please call us! We are proud to provide the most current and accurate information about MS to people with MS, their families, professionals, and the community at large.
