Therapeutic Equestrian
Saddle up and experience an exciting MS Therapeutic Equestrian Programs offered to all members. The program provides participants with the opportunity to ride horses while improving their posture, balance, mobility, and function. Benefits from horseback riding may also include improved muscle tone, cognition, coordination, and motor development. All classes are taught by trained instructors and can be customized to an individual’s ability. Partial scholarship available from the Long Island Chapter.
