Rate the Accessible Taxi Central Dispatch Program

Assembly Member Micah Kellner, an advocate for a 100% accessible NYC taxi fleet, is attempting to gauge the quality and success of the New York City Taxi & Limousine Commission’s recently instituted Central Dispatch pilot program for wheelchair accessible taxis and livery vehicles. Through Central Dispatch, wheelchair-users can now call 3-1-1 and a wheelchair accessible taxi will be sent to their location anywhere in the five boroughs. Pick ups can also be scheduled in advance.

Assembly Member Kellner has created a survey just for people who use wheelchairs and ride taxis so that they will hare their experiences with him. The data collected from this survey will be made public. Fill out this survey for each ride you take using the 3-1-1 central dispatch system.
