Order a “National MS Society” License Plate Today!
The New York City - Southern New York Chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society needs your help to promote MS awareness and to support funding for MS research by ordering a “National Multiple Sclerosis Society” custom license plate. The $25 annual service charge for the custom plate is deposited into the “Multiple Sclerosis Research Fund” to help support statewide MS research efforts.
The initial cost for a standard “National Multiple Sclerosis Society” plate is $43 with an annual renewal fee of $25. A personalized version of the 'National Multiple Sclerosis Society' plate with the motorists' choice of up to six characters is available for $68, with an annual renewal fee of $50. The renewal fees are billed every two years. In every case, the $25 annual renewal fee will be deposited to the credit of the 'Multiple Sclerosis Research Fund.'
