The program provides short-term home health and/or homemaker services for persons with MS and their caregivers with limited resources. The program is designed to assist persons with MS and their families who are experiencing a crisis situation such as an MS exacerbation, caregiver illness or other family emergency.

Program Criteria:

• Person living with MS must be registered with the Ohio Buckeye Chapter
• Service must be provided by a bonded/licensed/insured provider
• Funding is limited and subject to budget constraints
• Respite must be pre-approved by program staff
